English Paradise Kids is an educational project operated by Associació Ponts de Llum, a non-profit association established in Spain.

We want you to have a clear and transparent understanding of how refunds and cancellations work when purchasing our digital educational resources.

1. Digital Products
All products sold through English Paradise Kids are digital products delivered electronically, such as printable PDF workbooks, activity sheets, colouring pages, educational bundles and other downloadable resources.
No physical product will be shipped to you.

Once payment has been successfully completed, the purchased digital content is made available for download.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
However, different rules apply when digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium is made available immediately.

When purchasing a digital product from English Paradise Kids, you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and to acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content has begun, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

Accordingly, where all legal requirements for the immediate supply of digital content have been satisfied, the statutory right of withdrawal will no longer apply once the supply of the digital content has begun.

3. Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads that can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been supplied, where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

A refund or replacement may be considered where, for example:

You were charged more than once for the same purchase because of a technical error.
You received the wrong digital file.
The purchased file is corrupted or cannot reasonably be opened.
A technical problem attributable to English Paradise Kids prevents you from accessing the product you purchased.
A refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer law.
If you experience any of these problems, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue promptly.
4. Problems Downloading Your Purchase
If you have paid for a product but cannot access or download it, please contact:

Please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

We will first attempt to restore access or provide a working copy of the purchased file.

5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where we can verify an accidental duplicate transaction, we may refund the duplicate charge.

6. Change of Mind
Once digital content has been supplied and the legal requirements relating to the loss of the right of withdrawal have been satisfied, we do not generally provide refunds simply because:
You changed your mind.
You no longer need the resource.
You purchased the wrong resource by mistake.
You did not read the product description before purchasing.
You expected a physical product rather than a digital download.
We therefore recommend carefully reviewing the product description before completing your purchase.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

7. Product Descriptions
We aim to provide clear information about each English Paradise Kids resource, including its educational subject, format and relevant content.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, printer, paper and printer settings.

Minor differences in printed appearance do not necessarily mean that the digital product is defective.

8. Digital Product Compatibility
Our resources are generally provided as PDF files unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
Customers are responsible for having appropriate software and equipment to open and print the files.

If the file itself is defective, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement.

9. Exchanges
Digital products cannot normally be exchanged after supply has begun.
If you purchased the wrong resource accidentally, you may contact us at info@englishparadisekids.com and we will review the circumstances individually, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

10. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will normally be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that consumers have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection legislation.
Where mandatory consumer law provides you with rights that differ from this Policy, those statutory rights will prevail.
